The Wild West Winter Carnival, featuring an ice fishing derby and poker run, will be held at Boysen State Park, Jan. 25-27, 2013.
Registration for the Ice Fishing Derby – which includes trout, ling, catfish, walleye and perch – is $10 per person with 100 percent of the registration to be paid back in prizes.
Fishing begins at 8 a.m. on Jan. 25 and ends at noon on Jan. 27. Wyoming Game and Fish Rules and Regulations apply.
Weigh-in begins after 8 a.m. on Jan. 25 and ends no later than 12 p.m. on Jan. 27. Weigh-in stations will be positioned at Lip Rippers Bait Shop and B & K Shoreline Stop. Only one weigh-in per fish, and earliest weigh-in will determine winner, if the fish are same weight.
Awards will be presented at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27 at B & K Shoreline Stop.

The Poker Run will be held Jan. 26, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with awards at 2 p.m. It begins and ends at B & K Shoreline Stop and is sponsored by CR Construction and Fast Lane.
