Fishing - HAWK SPRINGS
About:
Hawk Springs State Recreation Area (HSSRA) has long been a destination for fishing enthusiasts. The small lake at HSSRA provides excellent boat fishing and shoreline fishing opportunities for anglers from around the region.
LocationThe lake/reservoir borders the park and is easily accessed upon entering the park.
AvailabilityWhether it is open water fishing in the warm months of the year to ice fishing in the winter months fishing opportunities are great all year-around.
FeesAppropriate Daily Use and Overnight camping fees apply. A self-pay canister is located at the park’s entrance.
