RA Outdoors, LLC, one of the most respected contractors in the reservation industry, is partnering with the Wyoming Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails to offer exciting new changes and improvements to the Wyo Parks system.

RA Outdoors, LLC is also known as Reserve America, boasts more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.  They are the new contractor for the Wyo Parks campsite reservation system and online and call center permit selling agent. The new change will take effect January 1.

            Wyo Parks is working closely with RA Outdoors, LLC to offer new changes and improvements to the system! Lower reservation booking fees, change and cancellation rates will be in effect for campsite and rental unit reservations made after January 1.

In addition, lower shipping and handling fees will be in effect for 2018 Annual Park permits, 2018 ORV permits and 17-18 Snowmobile permits ordered after January 1.

            Guests wishing to make their 2018 campsite reservation will be able to book their reservation as before online at www.wyo-park.com, as well as www.reserveamerica.com or by calling 877-996-7275.

Guests with an existing Reserve America profile will be in the system already. All new guests to the system will be required to setup a new user account.

             In addition, Wyo Parks has also updated several policies regarding campsite reservations. The 2018 season will have the following new policies:

·  Reservations can be made 4 months in advance (January 1^st opens May 1^st arrival date, January 2^nd opens May 2^nd arrival date, and so on)

·  No minimum booking window for arrival dates (campsites only). Guests will be able to book for same day arrival if a reserveable campsite is available

·  One day minimum booking window for arrival dates on all rental units (cabins, yurts, tree house, etc.)

·  For first date available, reservations can be book beginning 8am MTN for both online and call center reservation

·  For additional changes to policies, please visit www.wyo-park.com

The new reservation system will be implemented January 1. Please visit www.wyo-park.com or www.reserveamerica.com. Permits may be ordered beginning January 2, through the call center only by calling 1-877-996-7275. Permits may be ordered through the self-help online portal after January 31. Call Center Hours for the 2018 season are as follows:

·  Jan. 2 – Jan. 31: 8am – 8pm Mtn, Monday-Sunday

·  Feb. 1 – May 31: 8am-5pm Mtn, Monday-Friday

·  Jun. 1 – Jul. 31: 8am-5pm Mtn, Monday-Sunday

·  Aug. 1 – Dec. 31: 8am-5pm Mtn, Monday-Friday

The Call Center will be closed New Year’s, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
